AI stands for Artificial Intelligence.  AI is being used all over the internet now.  From browser search bars to customer service chatbots, it’s hard to avoid AI when you are online.  Unfortunately, AI has impacted the arts-and-crafts world, too.  There are several problems with these patterns, but the biggest problem is the unrealistic stitch patterns.  I have seen very few AI-generated embroidery patterns that can actually be stitched as they appear in the images. The second problem is the instructions.  When a design is shown with unachievable stitches or stitch patterns, it’s not possible for a computer to write accurate instructions.  All of my patterns are drawn and stitched by me, so if you have any questions, you can reach out, and I will personally answer them.  

In small quantities, yes. If you would like to create a few dish towels, pillow covers, or other items to sell on Etsy or at a craft show, then yes. Items made from my designs cannot be mass-produced or used for commercial purposes or sales. You are not allowed to use or offer my designs for creating on-demand items (Such as Printify or Printful). Credit is appreciated but not required. “Original Design by Suzie Lee Henderson”

You may edit a design (resize, change colors, combine designs, add text, etc.), but the edited design remains the property of Suzie Henderson and is subject to my licensing policy. Therefore, you may not use any of my designs or part of a design to create a new design you intend to sell.
If you choose to use my designs for creations other than embroidery, they may only be used for personal purposes. No sales, please. The artwork used for my designs was created by, is owned by, and is copyrighted by Suzie Lee Henderson.

Neither this design, pattern, the instructions, nor the digital files/downloads can be shared, sold, swapped, traded, bartered, given away, or otherwise distributed in any manner. I put a lot of time and effort into creating my designs, patterns, and tutorials; it is how I make my living. If someone you know would like a copy, please ask them to purchase their own.

Most orders for physical products are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. I use USPS for shipping, and delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days. 

For digital products, you can enjoy instant downloads right after your purchase. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Due to the digital aspect of embroidery kits, if you choose to cancel or return your purchase, you will receive a partial refund, minus the cost of the digital tutorial. 

Orders for physical products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened and unused. You are responsible for return shipping. If you would like to return an item, please contact me for approval. If your order is damaged or missing items, please contact me right away.

Digital Downloads are not refundable.
Please read the design descriptions carefully, as there are NO refunds or exchanges for digital designs. Because embroidery designs are digital products, they cannot be returned or refunded. If you are unsure what you are getting or whether a design will work for you, please contact me before placing an order.

The only exception is if you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice.   Contact me, and I’ll give you a different design/pattern of equal value.
